Quality Management

GfK Egypt, previously Market Insight, was one, if not the first marketing research company in the region to adopt ISO 9001:2000.

A Quality Management System (QMS) is in place which regulates the internal running of a study, defines quality measures and procedures in the Data Collection Department as well as guiding the collaboration with the interviewers and Mystery Shoppers.

The QMS is continuously updated and brought into line with current technical standards.

GfK Egypt’s QMS conforms to the ESOMAR (European Society for Opinion and Market Research) regulations 1997–2000 in accordance with EN-ISO 9001.
